About PixTools

PixTools is a free toolkit of online image utilities built around a single idea: your files should never have to leave your device just to be converted or compressed.

Why we built this

Most online image tools upload your files to a server, process them there, and serve the result back. That model has three problems: it’s slow (you wait for upload and download), it’s expensive to run (so most tools introduce limits and watermarks), and it’s a privacy trade you didn’t consciously make.

Modern browsers can do all the heavy lifting locally via WebAssembly. We took that capability and built a tool site around it. The result: instant processing, no upload, no signup, no watermarks.

How we make money

We earn revenue from non-intrusive ads on our content pages — never inside the tool interaction area. We may also offer an optional Pro tier later for users who need larger files or batch APIs. The free tools will stay free.
